This weekend, our Scotia Storm U14 team, in their inaugural year, made history — capturing the championship title at the Montreal Ringette Challenge. But this victory runs much deeper than a scoreboard. The Scotia Storm U14 team was born from a simple, powerful desire: to keep going. After U12, some athletes did not want their journey with the Storm to end. They wanted more time, more memories, more chances to play the game they love — together. And so a path forward was built. What started as a small idea, rooted in heart, became something real, something extraordinary.
This season, they grew — not just as athletes, but as teammates, leaders, and believers. And when it mattered most, here in Montreal, they found their rhythm, leaned into each other, and became a force. And now, they bring home the championship banner from Montreal, not just for themselves, but for every player who dreams of more. For every team who knows that chemistry, heart, and purpose matter just as much as talent.
The Storm is growing. And this is only the beginning.
